Simply email Admin@MyPotable.com your return request, along with a copy of your purchase order. Potable will respond to you shortly with further instructions.

Any order which has not been shipped may be cancelled. Simply email Admin@MyPotable.com your cancellation request. Once your Potable ships (which could be immediately!), it cannot be cancelled.
