What is Potable's refund policy?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of placing your order, Potable™ will refund your entire purchase (less shipping) with no questions asked. Simply e-mail Admin@MyPotable.com your return request, along with a copy of your purchase order.

How do I cancel an order?

Any order which has not been shipped may be cancelled. Simply e-mail Admin@MyPotable.com your cancellation request. Once your Potable™ ships, it cannot be cancelled.

I received the wrong order, now what?

If your Potable™ order is incorrect, please email Admin@MyPotable.com. Please include your purchase order. Any wrong orders must be claimed within 30 days of purchase.

How does Potable measure its temperatures?

Potable measures ‘Ice Cold’ beverages as between 32.1°F and 40°F and ‘Hot’ beverages as between 130°F and 160°F. Temperature retention tests were performed in controlled environments using standard room temperature conditions to determine performance values.

What is Potable's Warranty?

All Potable™ tumblers come with a lifetime warranty against defects in manufacturing, workmanship, and materials. The warranty is only valid when Potable™ tumblers are used for their intended purpose and cared for according to provided instructions. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, aesthetic defects, or damage from improper use.

I LOVE this tumbler! The innovative straw and cover is perfect for my job. It's the first tumbler I've felt safe to keep with me all day at work!
I'm very impressed with the taste difference because of the ceramic interior. It has been down at keeping my drinks the correct temperature for longer than stated in the advertising.
All the extras in the luxury edition feel very elegant.

Love this cup. It is beautiful and came packaged so elegantly. I was absolutely speechless when I opened the package. I literally stood there in amazement. It looked so nice and i even had my name enhraved on it. So, it is definitely a keeper. I purchased one for my son in Blue and he loves his also. They keep your drink cold and the ceramic coating inside makes for an easy clean uo. It comes with a glass and a metal straw and a brush to keep the straws clean. You also get 2 rubber covera for your straw that also slide neatly iver the straw when not in use. There is also a magnetic top that screws over the straw that makes the cup completely spill proof. This cup is designed with everything in mine and Yes it even fits in the cup holder.

So I have the pink 40oz. Luxury box and the galactic blush fits in with all of Monat's totes, clothing, bottling and the many many other things that I have that are this color. My office walls are even 2 purple and 2 green . I can not say anything except. If someone wants something durable, stylish, doesnt look like other cups then Potable is the cup for you. I appreciate the ceramic walls on the inside. Most are metal and Im not a fan of the metal. 10/10 I hope enough people realize it and you guys sale out
