Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Transit Times & Carriers
Standard U.S. delivery: usually 5–7 business days after shipment. Transit times may vary due to weather, carrier capacity, or unforeseen delays. Tracking is included on every order so you can follow your package’s journey.
Shipping Areas
We currently ship within the United States. (If international shipping is enabled later, duties/taxes information will be added.) Potable™ is based in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Address Changes & Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to reroute packages.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate the package, check with household members and neighbors first, then contact the carrier. If still unresolved, reach out to us and we’ll help open a trace with the carrier.
Damaged Shipments
We ensure every box leaves our facility in perfect condition; however, we can’t control handling once the package is with the carrier. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist.
Returns & Exchanges

If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.
Personalized/engraved items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective. For health and hygiene reasons, used drinkware cannot be returned unless there’s a manufacturing defect.
How to Start a Return
Email us with your order number, reason for return, and photos if damaged/defective. We’ll issue a Return Authorization (RA) with instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a defect or our error, we’ll provide a prepaid label. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend a trackable method.
Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (less original shipping where applicable) within 5–7 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
Want a different color or model? The fastest method is to place a new order and return the original (subject to eligibility). We’ll process the refund once your return is received.
Incorrect, Defective, or Damaged Items
If your order arrives with an issue, notify us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund after review.
Non-Returnable Items
Final-sale items (including customized/engraved products), gift cards, and promotional freebies are not eligible for return unless defective.
Cancellations & Order Edits
We start working on your order quickly. If you need to cancel or edit, contact us right away—if the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best to help. Orders already in transit can be handled via the Returns process.
Warranty
Potable™ tumblers are engineered for long-lasting performance. If you experience a manufacturing defect outside the return window, contact us with details and photos—we’ll evaluate case-by-case.
