What is Potable's refund policy?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of placing your order, Potable™ will refund your entire purchase (less shipping) with no questions asked. Simply e-mail Admin@MyPotable.com your return request, along with a copy of your purchase order.

How do I cancel an order?

Any order which has not been shipped may be cancelled. Simply e-mail Admin@MyPotable.com your cancellation request. Once your Potable™ ships, it cannot be cancelled.

I received the wrong order, now what?

If your Potable™ order is incorrect, please email Admin@MyPotable.com. Please include your purchase order. Any wrong orders must be claimed within 30 days of purchase.

How does Potable measure its temperatures?

Potable measures ‘Ice Cold’ beverages as between 32.1°F and 40°F and ‘Hot’ beverages as between 130°F and 160°F. Temperature retention tests were performed in controlled environments using standard room temperature conditions to determine performance values.

What is Potable's Warranty?

All Potable™ tumblers come with a lifetime warranty against defects in manufacturing, workmanship, and materials. The warranty is only valid when Potable™ tumblers are used for their intended purpose and cared for according to provided instructions. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, aesthetic defects, or damage from improper use.

Every Potable™ tumbler arrives with one Astral Medallion™. Astral Medallions™ may also be purchased individually. When you collect a total of any seven Astral Medallions™ (even duplicates), you can redeem them for a FREE Potable™ tumbler (up to $59.95 in value). If you collect seven unique medallions, you can redeem them for a FREE Potable™ (up to $69.95 in value) and a special FREE gift (TBD by Potable™). All you have to do is pay for any associated shipping charges.*

How to Redeem

Once you have collected a total of seven Astral Medallions™, e-mail us at Admin@MyPotable.com for further instructions on how to redeem. You will receive an email confirmation once your Astral Medallions™ have been received at Potable™ HQ. The confirmation e-mail will ask you to provide your choice of then-available Potable™ tumblers and will also provide you with a link to process payment for shipping the tumbler to you. Once your payment has been processed, your new Potable™ (and gift, when applicable) will be on the way!

*You must use tracked shipping when sending Potable™ your Astral Medallions™ and must e-mail Potable™ the tracking number when the Astral Medallions™ are mailed. Purchasing mail insurance is advised. Potable™ will not be responsible for any lost or damaged mail.
