What is Potable's refund policy?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of placing your order, Potable™ will refund your entire purchase (less shipping) with no questions asked. Simply e-mail Admin@MyPotable.com your return request, along with a copy of your purchase order.

How do I cancel an order?

Any order which has not been shipped may be cancelled. Simply e-mail Admin@MyPotable.com your cancellation request. Once your Potable™ ships, it cannot be cancelled.

I received the wrong order, now what?

If your Potable™ order is incorrect, please email Admin@MyPotable.com. Please include your purchase order. Any wrong orders must be claimed within 30 days of purchase.

How does Potable measure its temperatures?

Potable measures ‘Ice Cold’ beverages as between 32.1°F and 40°F and ‘Hot’ beverages as between 130°F and 160°F. Temperature retention tests were performed in controlled environments using standard room temperature conditions to determine performance values.

What is Potable's Warranty?

All Potable™ tumblers come with a lifetime warranty against defects in manufacturing, workmanship, and materials. The warranty is only valid when Potable™ tumblers are used for their intended purpose and cared for according to provided instructions. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, aesthetic defects, or damage from improper use.

Description

Any Potable™ tumbler can be engraved with your name (up to 15 characters) or business logo. To engrave a single side of your tumbler, add this to your cart with your tumbler. We engrave the side of the cup that faces you when the handle is faced right, as shown in the product image. Please indicate in the product notes if you prefer the backside engraved.

Please select a font for your order. You may choose to receive a proof of your design before processing.

Make sure to plan your order in advance for the holidays. Your order may require an additional 5-7 days of processing time. Should there be any issues with your selected text/image, Potable™ will contact you directly.

Shipping Information

Each order ships within 1-2 business from date of purchase. Most items will be delivered within 5-7 business days from date of purchase. Every order comes with tracking. Potable is not responsible for damaged boxes but does ensure every box (i.e., retail or luxury) is in perfect condition before shipping out. Potable cannot control the handling or care given to its products once they leave Potable HQ and make their way through the postal system. Retail and luxury boxes hold no cash or other redeemable value and returns will not be processed solely for damage to the boxes.
